I lie, we’re clingy and we made sure everyone knows it hehe.
So I’ve been out and about with my girls even though school has started..uhh..2 weeks ago I think..(it felt like forever already *cries blood*) but every time I have a free slot I’d text Bubi and Teetee to ask for a hangout. Bubi’s obviously always free, Teetee’s schedule is a bit pack but we still managed to squeeze in some time to go and waste it together anyway teehee
I kid you not guys we hanged out for 3 times this week, don’t make me start on the previous weeks too I already lost count. Sigh this is what happens when you’re used to see your BFFs 5 days per week or more for 6 solid years. Now that we’re being separated, it feels so wrong to not see these two’s faces in my daily life. Texts are not enough to block the empty hole. Since Bubi’s still in Brunei I’m trying to hang out with these two as much as I can, plus she’s going back to Aussie soon in February, before my birthday guys pfftt. Missing my birthday again for the second time, I expect an extravagant advance birthday present as a compensation, Bubi. Nadalah, I joke, a bit heh heh
Anyway out of all our hang outs, this one’s the most memorable one to me. It’s becoming a core memory, but I still want to blog it as a reference during our veteran days bahaha. We were supposed to have a nice lunch and massage during that day, wasn’t even planning to dress up prettily. But it was spontaneously became a day where I felt like dressing up and chill at a cafe, so we abandoned our initial plan and went to the Empire Hotel instead to chill at their Zest Cafe. …I’m craving for some macarons now…
Ok sorry la didn’t get the memo that we have to smile decently in this pic sheesh
Their hazelnut latte is da bomb guys, it was a perfect drink to quench our thirst after walking under the hot sun.
What I love about the Empire Hotel the most, other than its beautiful interior (to take ootd at *coughs*), is the beach. It’s clean and well kept so I didn’t really hesitate to go barefoot and walk on the sand. It was literally just us at that time guys so it was calming and therapeutic. Just us 3 sharing laughters with our feet soaking wet in the salty water. Ahh what a day..
Enjoying the view and neglecting all the worldly problems that we have. Nothing can beat the beauty made by the Almighty <3
All happy because I finally found the perfect place to show you guys my beautiful cardigan from Hatta x Yuna that I bought long time ago hehe
Scarf: the oops dUCk in pink and yellow, top: DEA by aere, cardigan: HattaxYuna, jeans: Topshop, heels: Gatto, mini sling bag: Kate Spade. You guys can get my scarf, top and cardigan on FashionValet as usual 😉
I must say, this cardigan is majestic, guys. You have to have it in your wardrobe! It’ll make you feel like a queen I swear. The chiffon fabric flows beautifully when you walk and since the fabric’s thin it goes well with the humid weather we’re currently living in. Out of all of my outerwear, this one’s sitting comfortably at the top of my list. And that comes from someone who’s very picky when it comes to choosing clothes guys teehee
Perfect outfit, delicious coffee with these 2 amazing ladies, sighs I couldn’t ask for more. To more spontaneous “date” like this in the future, despite the exchanged “ugh not your face again” diss every time we met bahaha
